Nemi Tobins a Registered Nurse and a Midwife Irish by Nationality who has worked in different hospital settings in Nigeria and Ireland.

My passion for Midwifery began when I was a student Nurse sent to the obstetrics and gynaecology ward for my placement. The opportunity came in 2001 when I enrolled in the midwifery postgraduate study at the University of Dublin (TCD) / Rotunda Hospital in Dublin-Ireland.

I have worked as a medical/surgical and orthopaedic Nurse since 1997 and a midwife in the Rotunda maternity hospital, Midland Regional Hospital in Ireland since 2003.

Having completed the Multi-jurisdictinal Midwifery Bridging Program and obtaining my Canadian registration as a midwife I am privileged to join Birth Partnership Midwives.

With a supportive husband and a mother of four lovely children, I believe that birthing is natural and should be a positive and fulfilling experience for parents. I look forward in assisting women to accomplish this goal.
